Our shop has a 2 to 3 day processing time for all orders. As we follow standard business hours, this means that any order submitted after 5:00 pm EST will be handled after 9:00 am EST the following day when the shop reopens. Please remember this is our time to inspect and package your order - and this is the only part we have control over. This 2 to 3 day window does not have anything to do with shipping time. Once your package is handed over to the mail/shipping carrier, we have no control of how long that will take.

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Our shop does accept returns for exchanges, store credit, or a refund to your original form of payment. Please see the link at the bottom of this page for more specifics on our return process.
